In its initial decision the board found that by reason of his work in silos, with concomitant exposure to nitrous fumes, claimant, a farmhand, contracted and was disabled by silo filler's disease, which the board held to be an occupational disease under section 3 (subd. 2, par. 10) of the Workmen's Compensation Law.
