Jim Walters Corporation, a company engaged in constructing and selling partly finished houses, sold iome of such houses to appellants, taking notes secured by mortgages for the unpaid balance of the purchase price. The Walters Company sold the notes to appellee, Mid-State Homes,

Inc., at a discount. The appellants herein, makers of the notes, defaulted in the payments and Mid-State filed suits to foreclose the mortgages. Appellants defended...
