Plaintiff-below seeks reversal of a judgment of the Superior Court based upon a jury verdict.

Hearn Brothers, Inc. (Hearn) operates a supermarket in Wilmington. C & L, Inc. (C & L) is a wholesaler whose warehouse adjoins the supermarket.
