Defendant below appeals, on questions of law, his conviction in the Common Pleas Court of the offense of knowingly possessing an obscene book entitled "Orgy Club," contrary to the provisions of Section 2905.34 of the Revised Code. He sets out some forty-seven assignments of error, most of which are duplicated and overlapping. Trial was had before a jury, and the matter comes into this court upon the transcript...
