This is a suit for personal injuries and property damage arising as a result of an automobile accident. The district court directed a verdict in favor of the defendant, administratrix of the estate of Herman C. Maire, decedent. The questions involved concern the sufficiency of the evidence to establish negligence of defendant's decedent Maire and, second, the trial court's holding that the plaintiff was barred from testifying as to how the accident occurred...
