This was a proceeding to determine the validity of an antenuptial contract entered into between L.A. West and Mamie Hall (hereinafter referred to as Mamie) and the consent to the last will and testament of the decedent signed by Mamie after the two were united in marriage. The trial court found the documents to be null, void and of no binding effect and that Mamie West was entitled to one-half of the estate...
