Appellee Sam Bozeman brought this suit for damages against Safeway Stores Incorporated and Rudolph Wallesch, its store manager, for injuries sustained by his wife, Juliette Bozeman, when she slipped and fell in Safeway's grocery store located in Henderson, Texas on the 4th day of January, 1961. Trial to a jury resulted in a verdict for appellee for $15,650.00. The court rendered judgment against Safeway and dismissed Rudolph Wallesch from the suit...
