Clay S. Crouse, an attorney duly admitted to practice in this Court, instituted an action in the Beckley division on February 3, 1961, in which he represented the plaintiff, Clarence Hamilton, against Anthony J. Celebrezze, Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare. The object of the suit was to obtain a review of the Secretary's action in denying to plaintiff a period of disability together with disability benefits...
