This is a proceeding by the State of Missouri at the relation of the State Highway Commission to condemn a right-of-way and certain easements across the lands of respondents. By the proceeding, appellant appropriated 5.48 acres of respondents' land. The Commission awarded no damages for the land and easements taken.
