Westinghouse Electric Corporation prosecutes this appeal from a judgment of the District Court ordering that Westinghouse indemnify J. C. Penney Company for whatever amount may be collected from or paid by Penney on certain judgments entered against both Westinghouse and Penney in actions growing out of personal injuries sustained by Jerry Gillam.
