LANGDON, Justice.

This is a suit for rescission of a contract and to recover money paid pursuant to its terms. The contract was for the sale of hogs and all equipment, feed, supplies, ranch land and improvements thereon used in the operation of the business, including the assignment of a Government contract for the collection of garbage.
