This case grows out of a collision between a taxicab owned and operated by Logan Cab Company and a taxicab owned and operated by Toye Brothers Yellow Cab Company which occurred at approximately 7:30 P.M. on March 31, 1961, in the intersection of Simon Bolivar Boulevard and Earhart Boulevard in the City of New Orleans.
