This is an appeal from the Trial Court's judgment in favor of the Government in an FTCA claim for personal injuries.

The immediate question to be determined is whether the Trial Judge was clearly erroneous in finding the evidence insufficient to establish the cause of plaintiff's injury which would support a finding of negligence on the part of the defendant, United States.
