This is a workman's compensation suit brought in the District Court of Hopkins County, Texas, by appellee, F. H. Waldon, against appellant, Texas Employers' Insurance Association, to recover workmen compensation benefits for accidental injury while working for the subscriber-insured, M. J. Delaney Company.
