O'Neal against Maryland Casualty Company on an Owners', Landlords' and Tenants' Liability Policy. The damages resulted from an accidental fall experienced by Mrs. O'Neal on premises located in Pointe Coupee Parish and owned by Mr. James M. Teer, defendant's insured.
