Judgment reversed on the law and the facts as to the conviction and sentence upon the first count charging the theft of an automobile; such count is severed from the indictment, and a new trial is granted with respect thereto. Judgment affirmed as to the conviction and sentence upon the third, fourth and fifth counts charging the theft of pocketbooks.
