Plaintiff in this suit, Bessie Spencer, claims damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by her as the result of a motor vehicle collision. The suit was instituted against Elijah J. Jordan, the owner and driver of one of the vehicles involved in the accident, and against Traders & General Insurance Company.
