This is an action of tort brought by the plaintiff (Lee) to recover for personal injuries sustained by him when he was struck by a wheel which had become detached from a racing car at the Westboro Speedway on May 20, 1960. The case was referred to an auditor who found for the defendant Allied Sports Associates, Inc.
