This is an action, ex delicto, for personal injuries and property damage sustained in an automobile accident which occurred in the city of Lake Charles on December 7, 1962 when an automobile owned by plaintiff, Bill G. Orrell, struck a car operated by Jerry Borel, while Borel was negotiating a right turn. Plaintiff's car was being operated by William Cretini and plaintiff was a passenger therein.
