Plaintiff is a firm of architects. It sued the 2 defendants for $32,866.14, the amount it claims due on contract for services rendered. A default judgment was entered against defendant building authority. After trial a judgment of no cause for action was entered in favor of defendant city. Plaintiff appeals.
