PER CURIAM.

On mature consideration of the petition of the plaintiff in error for a rehearing praying that the court amend its order entered herein on April 26, 1965, and allow him to recover his costs from the defendant in error, it is ordered that the petition to rehear be denied, but the court being of opinion that the plaintiff in error is entitled to recover his costs, it is ordered that the said Ronald A. James recover of the City of Norfolk his costs by him...
