We think the district court erred in admission of bankruptcy records in the trial of this mail fraud case, and that defendant-Verville's conviction must be reversed and the case remanded.

The twenty-one count indictment was returned April 28, 1959, charging Verville in seventeen counts with use of the mails in a scheme to defraud,1 and, in one count, charging Verville, James Bishop, and others with a conspiracy...
