This matter concerns the rights of a seizing judgment creditor, as opposed to those of the intervening chattel mortgagee of their common debtor, to priority of payment of their respective claims from the proceeds of the Sheriff's Sale provoked by the judgment creditor pursuant to which mortgaged chattels of the debtor were seized under a writ of fieri facias.
