Ella May Ingram, a widow, and her children brought suit against P. W. Currey, Donald Currey, James D. Currey, and Donald E. Brown, doing business as Currey-Brown Oil Company to recover damages for salt water pollution of their land. They alleged that defendants drilled an oil well on their 160 acre tract of land; that production of oil was obtained in January of 1961, but shortly thereafter the well began to produce salt water which defendants first...
