Moore, plaintiff, instituted an action seeking a judgment for $7500 jointly and severally against United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, hereinafter called Brotherhood, and United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Local 2826, hereinafter referred to as Local union.
