The appeal herein seeks reversal of the judgment of the district court dismissing the case at the completion of all of the evidence. Appellant's contention is that the evidence was and is sufficient to create questions of fact requiring jury determination. The court found that the evidence was insufficient and also found that there had been perjury. We are thus required to determine whether in the light of the evidence presented the trial court...
