THE CASE

This is a suit to recover commissions or a bonus alleged by complainant to be owing by defendant under an oral contract of employment.

The case was tried before Chancellor Robert L. Keele on oral testimony and resulted in the dismissal of complainant's action. From this decree, complainant appealed and has assigned errors.
