This appeal in a suit under G.L.c. 40A, § 21, is from a final decree of the Superior Court that annulled a decision of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals and enjoined the appellants Godfrey and Doris G. Bessette from conducting the business of a marina or boatyard at 498 River Road in Westport. The plaintiff is the owner of adjacent premises on River Road.
