This suit involves title to approximately 83 acres of land, and certain oil royalty payments therefrom, in Adams County lying between the present bed of Second Creek, a sizeable stream, and the old bed of the stream as it was alleged to have been located in 1885. The basic issue to be determined is the location of the eastern boundary of the complainants' land and the western boundary of the defendants' land...
