This case is before us for the second time.

Appellant's truck had been left unattended, without flares or lights or other warning signals, in its proper lane of traffic on the Seward Highway. While driving to Seward, appellee collided with the rear end of the truck and was injured. He brought suit for injuries and the jury returned a verdict in his favor.
