At the time of probate Mary Voigt, the widow, signed a waiver towards the probate of the will. The executor having renounced, Mary Voigt also signed a renunciation of her rights to serve as administratrix c.t.a. Shortly after the probate of the will she disappeared and to this day her whereabouts...
