On August 14, 1959, petitioner was charged by affidavit in the Criminal Court of Lake County with the crime of rape, the same being numbered 32003 on the docket of said court. On the same date he was charged by affidavit in Cause No. 32004 in the same court with the crime of burglary — first degree.
