This is a tort action. The plaintiffs are Charlie J. Muse and his wife, Shirley J. Muse, and the defendants are W. H. Patterson & Company, Inc., and its liability insurer, Travelers Insurance Company, and Barber Brothers Company and its liability insurer, National Surety Corporation.
