Plaintiff, Edward D. Jones, Jr., brought this action against defendant, Anton A. Zorick, for specific performance of defendant's obligation under an agreement of exchange of immovable property. Defendant answered denying the allegations in part and affirmatively alleged that he entered into the agreement relying on the representations of plaintiff which he considers fraudulent.
