This is a workmen's compensation case arising out of the death of plaintiff's husband, Albert J. Barz. Mr. Barz died April 6, 1960. At the time of his death he was an employee of Lyle J. Oler. The death arose in the course of Mr. Barz's employment and the only question is whether or not the death arose out of conditions pertaining to the employment.
