On August 10, 1962, Finkel Outdoor Products, Inc., (Finkel), and Coastal Electronics & Sound Company, Inc., (Coastal), suing for themselves and all other lien creditors of Freestone Holding Company, Inc., (Freestone), filed their bill in equity against S.
