By this appeal the appellant employer, M-B Contracting Company, seeks to have reviewed the superior court's award of an attorney's fee to counsel for Charles Davis, the injured workman, for representing Davis in the proceeding before the Alaska Workmen's Compensation Board (hereinafter referred to as the Board) in spite of the fact that the employer was the prevailing party when the award of compensation by the Board was appealed to the superior court...
