Harold A. Wiggins was indicted in DeKalb County for the murder of Mildred Wiggins, his wife. The indictment alleges that he killed her by striking and beating her with his hands and fists. He was convicted of the offense charged. The jury recommended mercy and he was sentenced to life imprisonment. He filed a motion for new trial on the usual general grounds only.
