This tort action for personal injuries was brought by Mrs. Kay W. Prisock (appellee) in the Circuit Court of Chickasaw County against Frank L. Dennis, doing business as Dennis Brothers Contractors, and Jimmy Rhea (appellants). The jury returned a verdict of $30,000.00 for Mrs. Prisock. We reverse and remand for a new trial.
