On August 11, 1965 we heard motions to accelerate the school desegregation plans filed by defendant Boards in the above-captioned cases to include at least four grades for the opening of school in the fall of 1965 and to set 1967 as the date for completing the process. The motions were the result of the decision of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in Singleton v. Jackson Municipal Separate School District,
