1. The general grounds of the motion are without merit. There was ample evidence to support the verdict.

In special ground 4 of the amended motion error is assigned upon the failure of the court to charge, without request, that the negligence of the host driver, if any, was not imputable to the plaintiff who was a guest in the car.
