On September 15, 1961 claimant, an elderly carpenter, while at work on a power project, fell to the ground from a height of about seven feet landing astraddle a sharp rock, as the result of which he sustained a stricture of the urethra which, it is not disputed, will require periodic medical treatment for the remainder of his life.
