Arvil Cotton (hereinafter called the employee) instituted this proceeding under the Missouri Workmen's Compensation Act [V.A.M.S. Chapter 287] against Voss Truck Lines, Inc., his employer, and its insurer, Transport Insurance Company, by the filing of his claim with the Division of Workmen's Compensation on May 8, 1962.
