This is an action to recover for personal injuries sustained by the decedent, and also for his wrongful death, alleged to have been caused by the negligence of defendants in an automobile collision which occurred on July 31, 1963.

The collision occurred in the state of Missouri.

The decedent, and all parties to this action, were, and are, domiciled in Kansas.
