This is an action brought to obtain judicial review of a decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare denying the Plaintiff's claim for Social Security disability benefits. The decision of the Secretary referred to holds that the Plaintiff failed to establish that he became "disabled" within the meaning of the Social Security Act during the effective period of his disability application.
