OPINION BY MR. JUSTICE ROBERTS, June 30, 1965:

This action was brought by Woodlawn Trustees, Inc., plaintiff-appellee, to restrain and enjoin the defendant from interfering with or obstructing plaintiff's use of an easement over defendant's land.
