The defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of dealing in narcotics in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 173, 174 (1958). The district judge found: that the defendant had arranged to have an accomplice, Joseph Gaston, call Salzman, an informer, to negotiate a sale of heroin, and that the accomplice received payment while another accomplice delivered the heroin for the agreed upon price to a government agent.
