This is an appeal emanating from the Parke Circuit Court from a judgment on the jury verdict denying damages to appellant-plaintiff, Mildred Byrne, for injuries suffered by her as a pedestrian in a collision with an automobile driven by appellee-defendant, Charles Thomas Turner.
