Petitioner is serving an indeterminate sentence at the Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri, having been sentenced pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Youth Corrections Act (Section 5010 (b), Title 18, U.S.C.A.) by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on December 13, 1963, following said Petitioner's plea of guilty to charges involving interstate transportation of forged securities...
