This is an original action in this Court in the nature of quo warranto to test the validity of an election at which a majority of the electors voted for the annexation of one school district by another.

On April 1, 1963, the board of education of defendant Coldwater school district adopted a resolution to annex defendant Lakeland school district. The resolution provided that the annexation should become effective only if voters in both districts...
